Syd Severe has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Syd began her career at a local commercial real estate office and over the years was instrumental in helping build others wealth in the industry while playing key roles in all aspects of operations including the acquisition, management, development and investment of over $400 million of real estate transactions. Recently promoted to Business Development Officer, her current focus at MK Property Services, LLC, is on relationship building, bringing in new business, commercial leasing, property management, acquisitions, and dispositions. Under her leadership, investment properties sustain higher than industry standard occupancy levels, consistent cash flow and rapid value enhancement. She is a member of the Anti-Defamation League’s Pacific Northwest Regional Board of Advisors and donates a portion of every dollar earned to multiple organizations focused on building orphanages and clean water drinking wells around the world. Syd holds a B.A. degree in Marketing and Finance from the School of Business at University of Washington in Seattle.
